These terms apply to purchases and use of aftershiftworks.com, operated under the AfterShift Works brand. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Using our store
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Do not use the store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Products and descriptions
Our lamps have 3D printed bodies and are assembled by hand. Visible print texture and small variations in finish are part of the process described in our product listings. Lighting and screen settings can affect how colors appear.
Please review each product’s description, dimensions, included components, and care instructions before ordering. These statements do not excuse defective products or items that materially differ from their descriptions.
Product care and safety
Our lamps are electrical products intended for indoor use in dry locations. They are not toys.
Follow the care and safety instructions supplied with your lamp. Use only compatible bulbs and components specified for the product. Do not modify electrical wiring or continue using a lamp that appears damaged or unsafe.
If you are unsure about compatibility or safe use, contact us before using the product.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
Prices may change for future purchases. We will not charge an additional amount for an existing order without your agreement.
Orders and availability
Your order confirmation records your order details.
If an availability issue or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected unauthorized payment or inability to supply the item.
Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains production time, shipping charges, and delivery estimates.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains return eligibility, return shipping costs, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds.
If we cannot meet a promised shipping date, we will offer you the option to agree to a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Our branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party services linked from our store may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store.
Your rights and policy changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Updates apply from the date they are posted and do not retroactively reduce your rights relating to an existing order.
